      • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.

      • Coordinate meeting logistics, including agenda preparation and technology setup for virtual conferences.

      • Conduct research and prepare briefs for various topics, projects, or meetings.

      • Act as a liaison between the executive and other staff members or external contacts.

      • Manage special projects as assigned, overseeing them from planning to execution.

      • Assist in the management of personal tasks or errands for executives as needed.
