Job Overview:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support our clients by managing daily administrative tasks, enhancing client communications, and coordinating real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of the real estate industry, including market trends, property management, and the sales process. Your contributions will ensure our clients can focus more on high-value activities such as client engagement and strategic planning. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, remote work environment.


  • Manage and update real estate listings across various platforms.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, showings, open houses, and inspections.
  • Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials.
  • Handle client communications and correspondence with stakeholders.
  • Perform administrative duties, including data entry, email management, and document preparation.
  • Conducted market research and compiled data on property values and market trends.
  • Support sales by preparing contracts, disclosures, and other documents.

Work Equipment and Software Proficiency Expectations:

  • A dependable computer with high-speed internet access.
  • Proficiency in real estate-specific software and tools, such as MLS systems, Zillow, Realtor.com, and CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Experience with office productivity tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and social media platforms for marketing purposes.
  • Familiarity with project management and communication tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Slack, Zoom).
