Work Equipment and Software Proficiency Expectations:

  • A reliable computer with high-speed internet access and a headset with a clear microphone for voice communication.
  • Proficiency in leading customer service software and tools, such as Zendesk, Salesforce CRM, Freshdesk, and LiveChat.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) for documentation and reporting.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms for customer engagement and support.
