HIRING: OPERATION MANAGER

Location: Baguio (Office-based)

Job Description:

Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
Improve operational management, processes and best practices
Manage budget and forecast (in terms of manpower)
Formulate strategic and operational objectives
Leads, manages, monitors and supervises mixed teams of independent contractors and full-time employees to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the organization
Develop policies that will correlate with operational strategies
Implement effective processes and standards
Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
Implement and supervise the training needs of employees
Manage customer service and ensure customer retention & satisfaction
Regularly submits operational reports/status
